This retreat is full of activities, self-discovery, personal growth and the amazing combination of pilates and the great outdoors.
What the retreat experience includes…
Professional guidance: The retreat is led by Delia, an experienced Pilates teacher, presenter and Balanced Body educator. I will provide challenging and rewarding classes and workshops that complement your retreat experience and enhance your overall Pilates knowledge.
Beautiful location: Gathering at the Glacier Mountain Ranch is simply magic on this rustic 20 acre Montana estate. This tranquil oasis in the heart of Montana’s Flathead Valley includes iconic structures inspired by National Park lodges and breathtaking views.
Wellness activities: In addition to Pilates sessions we are offering nature walks, wellness and beauty, and a beautiful Montana hike to help you achieve holistic well-being. Along with your private lodging experience, you will have access to the 20-acre estate: Fire pits, walking paths, hot tubs and a one-acre pond serve as a serene and peaceful centerpiece to the property
Connection and community: Connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for Pilates and the outdoors, fostering new friendships and creating lifelong memories.

Self Love through Self Care Wellness Workshop
with Megan Ulrichs, founder of glĹŤ luxury oils
Afternoon, Friday, October 4 (time TBD)
Connect with fellow guests and pamper yourself with a glō facial led by Megan Ulrichs. Learn the importance of clean beauty and self-care through intentional morning and evening rituals. Each participant will have their own mirror and facial setup as Megan guides you step-by-step through a rejuvenating facial. While your masks set, she’ll discuss the benefits of the products, ingredient sourcing, and share health tips to support your skin, body, and mind.

Pilates Chair Circuit Workshop
with Delia Buckmaster, retreat host and Balanced Body educator.
Morning, Friday, October 4 (time TBD)
This is an open level class for the pilates teacher and the pilates enthusiast. You will work your entire body with this creative Chair and small equipment workshop She uses the props to provide assistance when you need it as well as to strengthen your entire body. She includes different combinations and challenges, so that you can have fun while you work hard. Delia provides a ton of knowledge on body mechanics and anatomy to enhance your overall well being. This workshop is CEC pending.
